La mayoría de la carta es vegetariano, unica opcion vegana son los tacos al pastor y los jugos. Todos los dias tienen un menú del dia diferente como cualquier comida corrida y ahí si ofrecen mas opciones veganas.

Hay bastantes opciones vegetarianas y una que otra vegana, aunque te ofrecen la opción de agregar una proteína animal, se me hizo raro.

We were excited to find this place has quite a lot of vegan options. We had the pozole de setas which is a Mexican soup with many greay ingredients and the soup of the day (only 31 pesos). We left refreshed. Basically all items on the menu are either vegetarian or vegan except you can order a piece of chicken with any dish, which is quite weird but don't let that keep you from coming to this place!

The best place for vegetarian food in Pachuca. The buffet is excellent, but the menu items are also very delicious. I have yet to try the breakfast buffet, but I hope to soon.

Great salads - Edit
This place has a a really big menu and also a buffet. There arent mahy vegan options, amd despite the fact its cslled Lisue vegetarian, there is actually the option to add chicken to some meals! However, the food was good, particularly the salads and typical mexican dishes. Avoid the pasta!
