Lots of dishes can be veganized - Edit
Fast service. Courteous. Lots of dishes can be veganized. Dishes are labeled as “cen be made vegetarian” We ordered the pad Thai and the Mongolian beef but vegan. Server came out in a minute and asked if we wanted the tofu version to which we said yes. Servings are large. And they came out quick if you’re pressed for time. Food came out in 20 minutes. Dishes were tasty. No complains. A little greasy for my taste but other aspects it was well

Offers tofu and can modify dishes - Edit
They do not show tofu on the menu as a protein option but the hostess and server both confirmed you can substitute in any dish. The pad thai tasted odd to me but ny wife enjoyed the cashew stir fry

When you need healthy - Edit
Not vegan - but they can make almost all meals vegetarian. I ordered Edamame and Veg Lo Mien with Tofu. Loads of meat options in this terminal so this place was a real find when you just want healthy.

Not bad! - Edit
The waitress had no issue veganizing the lo mein with veggie and tofu. Would have liked it to have more tofu and the noodles were not the thick kind of lo mein noodles you get in a typical American Chinese restaurant but it was good for airport food just the same. Would go again with a long layover for a decent vegan meal! Service was good.

Buddha’s Feast - Edit
Tasty vegan option. Got it wirh tofu although didn’t see that as an option on menu. White rice was default. Found out later that brown rice was an option.

Not bad for DFW Airport!! - Edit
I asked what was vegan and the waitress said the Buddha Bowl (normally with scallops) made with tofu is their only vegan option. It was yummy! I wish they’d just put that on their menu but it was loaded with veggies and while not overly flavorful it wasn’t too oily, salty or spicy,

Does not have what HappyCow advertises - Edit
No tofu options, and stir fry and noodles have eggs in them. Nothing substantial to eat here. Service was good and the little I was able to eat tasted fine, just not ideal for vegans.

not vegan or vegetarian - Edit
This restaurant maybe good but there is nothing on the menu that is vegan or vegetarian. Every sauce contains fish sauce or oyster sauce. They do not make anything vegan. Just adding tofu does not make it vegetarian.

unimpressed - Edit
This is barely passable as "vegan options" (or even vegetarian for that matter). Non-meat protein options are not even listed on the menu but the server told me I could order tofu. The dish came with large chunks of tofu but they didn't even seem to be stirfried… In fact, a few pieces were still cool in the middle. The rice, sauce, and veggies were quite good and so was the service...but, overall, the tofu blobs were a turnoff.

OK, but limited vegan options - Edit
The DFW branch of the Ling & Louie's chain is less vegan-friendly than some of its non-airport cousins, but probably is the best veg option in Terminal A (though not the best at DFW; that honor goes to Izmir in Terminal D).
Read moreNote: The menu doesn't reveal this, but my server kindly informed me that most of their sauces contain fish/oyster sauce, unfortunately, including the peanut sauce. On my visit, however, they were kind enough to substitute a simple soy sauce. The taste wasn't anything to write home about, but it was a perfectly acceptable vegan airport meal and i was grateful for their willingness to accommodate my dietary needs.
If you have a long layover at DFW, i'd suggest taking the train over to Terminal D to eat at Izmir (near gate D11) instead, but L&L's will do fine in a pinch - just ask about animal products in the sauces.

Best vegetarian food in the airport - Edit
Great food with fast service for sit down or take out. Large portions that two people could even share. My favorite is The Budda's Delight with tofu.
