Don't miss Lime Inn for a nice evening out!!!! - Edit
Important Note! Lime Inn has changed its concept and therefore its entire menu - the restaurant now serves starters and tacos only. The one vegan menu item is The Goddess (spicy quinoa, Amaro’s black beans, guacamole, pico de gallo, pickled onions, jalapeños). but the owners say that “they love to accommodate vegans” and confirmed that "The Demi-Goddess" can easily be made without cheese (roasted eggplant, seasoned fried chickpeas, cilantro, pico de gallo, and jalapeños). They also said that many other menu items can be made with beans instead of animal flesh. They've got great ingredients to "play with," such as dark rum pineapple chuntney, roasted eggplant, pickled red cabbage, sesame pico de gallo, roasted corn, pineapple relish, and black bean dip (vegan without the parm). I have not yet been there with the new menu because it was closed for renovations when we were there, but I did communicate with the (same) owners to get this update.

One of the best 5-course vegan (fine) dining experiences I’ve ever had. Finished eating before I remembered I should’ve taken pictures. There are a few off-menu vegan entrées to choose from; just inform your server of your interest.

This restaurant has the most amazing vegan tasting menu! This was our treat meal of our vacation and it didn’t disappoint! There are a lot of options for vegans on the tasting menu. Every dish was perfect. This place is super popular so make a reservation! You can make a reservation on open table.

They have great vegan options in every section of their menu (appetizer, entree, and dessert); and you can tell the actually put some thought into it rather than just throwing vegan items on the menu as an after-thought.

I suggest making a reservation as they seem like a very popular location.

The app won't let me rate it more than 4 stars, but this place was definitely 5 stars! Best vegan food we've had on our USVI trip yet! We came in straight from Maho Bay in our cover-ups and felt a bit underdressed, but got great service from Lou and the food was absolutely unbelievable. We got the pumpkin and parsnip app, the lentil stew for dinner, and the vegan dessert which was coconut something straight from heaven. Great presentation, flavor, textures, and colors in all dishes! The dinner part of the restaurant opens at 5:30pm; before that it's just the bar area, which looked like a good time.
