Solid veggie options and v accommodating - Edit
Veggie options include impossible burger, fried cauliflower and hummus, salads and soup. Restaurant will make stuff vegan or gluten free on request. Great service and really delicious food. Not that many choices for veggies but what they have was filling and delicious.

Accommodating to vegans, wish they had more menu options! - Edit
I frequent this restaurant from time to time with non vegan friends. They always try to offer accommodations, such as fried tomatoes instead of eggs, which I very much appreciate. Please do keep in mind though, that as of this writing, they have no dedicated vegan options on the menu, and the servers usually do not know if a certain bread is vegan, for example. I would LOVE to see this local gem add some vegan options to the menu! Their customer service and ambience is lovely (for Mount Shasta, a small mountain town in Siskiyou county).
