Super bland - Edit
The appetizers are fried bread balls with fillings. They were pretty decent. The rest of the food was totally bland, and neither of us enjoyed it. My partner got the garlic chicken, I got the vegan lasagna. His was overcooked, unseasoned, dry, bland, mine tasted like microwave lasagna. Totally bland. Very very disappointing considering we paid almost $60 for two bread balls and two entrees that neither of us liked.

Lili is so kind, and the moqueca vegana was amazing! If I could eat it every day, I would! Delicious, hearty, comforting food made with love. Add extra veggies and it’s perfect.

Late Lunch - Edit
Enjoyed a delightful late lunch in cafe. Owner is kind and engaging walking us through our menu options. Liked the vegan potato appetizer. We also had vegan lasagna which was interesting delicate flavor and full of veg. Vegan bowl with rice and beans has nicely flavored grilled veggies. Everything was fresh and mild. Cafe decor is beautiful with local artist exhibition. Our favorite was the tropical juice. Lots of vegetarian, vegan and GF options.

So far I’ve only had the vegan sandwich. As a Brazilian it’s great to find Guarana (Brazilian soda, definitely try it if you go)

Update:
I have now tried the vegana (their main vegan plate) and the vegan lasagna and they were both just wonderful. I personally prefer the vegana, but you can’t go wrong with anything here. Clearly labeled vegan options, super helpful staff, and wonderful environment that reminded me of home.
