Exceeded expectations

Impressive vegan options here which go well beyond tokenism. Innovative seasonal, veg-centred dishes, expertly executed and beautifully presented. The airy dining room with a view is classy yet informal. Service was friendly and unhurried. It's a bit of a treat but well worth it for a unique Eastbourne experience in the iconic Towner gallery.
