Hanno biscotti, dolci morbidi e scelte per la colazione in tanti diversi gusti! Ci sono tornata tutte le mattine del mio soggiorno per colazione. Sono anche molto cordiali e attenti al cliente! Super consigliata!

Cute little bakery with a lot of vegan options and coffee with soymilk. Really enjoyed the Tiramisu and Sachertorte.

Good vegan doughnuts and hazelnut cream tart - Edit
Good range of vegan pastry and baked goods. The doughnuts and hazelnut cream tart were very good. Other items were more average. Also offers coffee and there is a board outside to stand at, but no proper seating. A short walk from the center but worth it.

Nice bakery with lots of vegan options - Edit
Liberty is a small bakery in a side street, which is not so easy to find. But it was worth to go there! They have many vegan options, including cakes, cookies and bars. Everything we tried was delicious and we will definitely go there again to try out more!

Good selection of vegan products: we tried their frangipane cake, soft and moist, as well as their chocolate chip cookies and raspberry jam biscuits. They also have many other options. We stayed there, even if it’s really tiny, ordering some coffee and soy cappuccino. Very friendly and kind staff.

This small and unassuming bakery has a great intentionally vegan selection, from basic Italian pastries such as croissants/brioches and crostata to local delicacies like presnitz and sacher, as well as other cakes, pies, tarts, biscuits... The staff is aware, helpful and friendly towards vegan customers. Cheaper than more high-end conventional bakeries. Even non-vegans are impressed!

Highly recommended, lovely small place to get all your sweet goods. I would say that 1/3 of all the stuff they sell is vegan and has got a dedicated area. Personal favourites: salt&chocolate cookies, sachertorte, "sbrisolona" cake, any of the crostata cakes and the vegan carsolina, but all of it is really good. They can also deliver if needed (call) and can make vegan cakes to order. If you need it, they also sell fresh bread.

Dann HC darauf aufmerksam geworden. Sehr unscheinbar und versteckt in einer Seitenstraße, doch der Weg lohnt sich definitiv! Neben ‚normalen‘ Dingen gab es einige vegane Optionen, welche wir fast alle ausprobiert haben. Alle waren grandios!!! Wir werden ein zweites Mal hingehen. Besonders das kleine grüne (etwas mit Pistazien-Baiser und Schoko inside) hat es uns angetan. Erschwinglich und mehr als gerechtfertigt

Delicious bakery - Edit
I truly love this bakery, vegan desserts are as tasty as non vegan ones. There are traditional desserts of Trieste as well as cookies and cakes of other kind. I highly recommend a visit here, best bakery in town!
