Un seul plat vegan à la carte (il faut demander à faire retirer la mozzarella) : la Pizza Ski de Bosses.
Read moreElle est composée de tomate, mozzarella (à retirer), champignons frais, aubergines, oignons, poivrons et olives.
Est aussi disponible en petite taille, sous le nom de pizza végétarienne. Elle fait 22cm et est servie avec salade verte et tomates.
Un peu dommage que ce soit l'une des seules options pour manger vegan à Saint Gervais.
Cependant, la pizza est très bonne et le service agréable.

Decent pizza - Edit
Saint Gervais has limited (if any) vegan options so this was about as safe a bet as possible. We had the veggie pizza and just asked for no cheese. Service was good, the pizza was tasty so it met our needs after a long mountain walk that day. Definitely worth checking out if you are in the area looking for somewhere to eat.

Helpful to vegans - Edit
Saint Gervais didn't appear to have any vegan or vegetarian restaurants that I could find. The restaurants I found didn't have vegan options on their menu including L'ETERLE however upon request, staff could not have been more helpful. They offered me two vegan meals which were both delicious as we went back again for the second option.

We arrived on a busy Friday night and they managed to squeeze us in without a reservation. The waitress really helped us out with our order, letting us know the pasta had egg in it, but they could make us the vegetarian pizza without cheese. This turned out to be absolutely delicious. Limited options then, but really tasty, good value food. They didn't bring us our water, but I can forgive them as they were absolutely heaving.

L’Eterle is an Italian restaurant were you can eat in or take away. We didn’t make any reservations which meant we had to wait 5 min for a table to be ready. Everybody seems to know and love this place because it was completely loaded while many other restaurants we passed on the way there were empty.

There were some vegetarian options which were made vegan upon request. The food was lovely as well.
Pricing was reasonable. We’ll be back next time we’ll visit the French Alps.
