Les Pains de Stéphane's breads are improbably delicious. This bakery has changed my life. I happily drive miles around to buy my breads here. Try the white bread and rediscover how nutritious white bread can be. The whole wheat bread under the name Enghiennois, made with grains grown in nearby fields, is simply world-class. The baguette is heavenly.
