Delicate and delicious fax meal - Edit
I really enjoyed this place, totally unexpected in such a touristic area. The restaurant is a bit off the main street, so it was less busy the day I came. They offer a raw vegan food, made with fresh and healthy ingredients. The food here is original and tasty, but don’t expect huge quantities. Don’t miss it if you come to visit this lovely village.

This is a gem of a place where it is hard to find vegan food. Very delicious and creative raw vegan food that doesn’t taste raw. We had the mushroom burger sliders and lasagna. Also had the three dessert sampler which was amazing.

Fantastic raw vegan discovery 💕 - Edit
Beautiful location with a splendid terrace in one of the most beautiful villages in France. We had a great time there. Every dish was a work of art. 😍 All is raw, vegan and most of the dishes also gluten free. Do not miss this place if you are visiting the Provence!

I have to say I’ve been vegan for many years now and this was the worst experience so far.
The food was really disappointing. The service was okay, the place however was nice but that was the only positive.
I ordered a vegetable taco and received a leaf with very little topping. The “ensalada” salad was very small and not filling.
The prices were ridiculous to say the least. 14€ for the “taco”.
The food is advertised as “to be shared” but is not even enough for person. The food itself was not bad, the vegan cheese in the Ensalada was actually good but that was it. There was nothing to enjoy on the plate and after I finished my plate I felt empty. In other comments and reviews they say it’s their “concept” but apparently restaurants that make you still feel hungry are a thing.
Other dishes were expensive too but the most ridiculous was a 9€ flat plate with olive oil and 3 slices of bread.
The cake was the only filling part of the meal and it was small…
Will not return.

Went to eat here during a day trip to Les Baux. It is hard to find any vegan options in this region, so we were more than happily surprised to find a fully vegan restaurant with excellent cuisine. Although we were initially a bit sceptical of the raw-food-concept, we enjoyed our meal thoroughly. Everything was tasty and prepared with love - can recommend the chocolate cake and the summer salad.

I went for a day trip to Baux de Provence and never thought we would be lucky enough to find a place like this for lunch-totally vegan food. We had everything on the menu (tapas style) and loved it all. The food was unique-not trying to be a vegan version of anything and no fake meats/fishes. Just delicious veggies and nut cheeses/sauces with great tastes. The ambience was also charming-highly recommend this place!

After weeks in France the very best - Edit
After being in France for a few weeks we were so happy to find this place. They were so welcoming. They let us sit and wait until they opened. The plate had 7 items all unique, all very fresh and delicious. We also had local organic beer and wine and delicious juice combo. A little out of the way but as a tourist you may stop in this hilltop castle village.

Stunning little restaurant with such friendly staff using locally sourced raw and vegan food served in a mixed plate. Exquisite food beautifully presented and explained. So good I went for a walk and then came back for a cafe gourmand with a fabulous selection of deserts.

Great surprise -- I believe this was the only full vegan option open when we visited les Baux-de-provence and les "Carrieres de lumieres" (do it!).

There was no menu when we went there -- everybody got the "tasting platter" which had a lot of different food and was very filling. Definitely a great way to introduce people to raw vegan cooking.. The deserts were really good too.

Had a lovely lunch at Les Baux Jus! Definitely worth a visit. They offer a menu which consists of delicious small dishes. Don't forget to try one of the delicious desserts! everything is raw as well as plant based. Very friendly service.
