Not Pad Thai at all - Edit
I have ordered the Pad Thai but it tasted more like a cabbage soup than any Pad Thai I have ever had in Thailand. Portion size was good though.

Puedes crear tu propio plato (tienes que pedirle que no le pongan huevo a lo que te pidas) con un montón de ingredientes como tofu, frutos secos, verduras y frutas. La piña en los UDON es un SÍ.

Dishes are clearly labeled with allergens but menu was in Spanish. I was not sure if the special dishes (not the noodles) could be made vegan or not. Mix veg dish with tofu and a choice of several vegan sauces was ok. Maybe the biggest amount of veggies I got in one week in Spain - so that’s a good change from the fast food burgers.

As good as can be expected from chain restaurant - Edit
LemonGrass is a thai fast food restaurant chain and the food is just what can be expected from a franchise like this. The food was fresh and my meal tasted like the ordered pad thai, but don’t expect more than that. It is however one of the few vegan options close to the City of Science and Art, so that’s a plus.
