Separate vegan menu - Edit
Ordered the Penang curry and the spicy cucumber. The curry was delicious and I would certainly order again. I wish they had more appetizers on the menu that are vegan friendly.

Full tasty vegan menu!!! - Edit
We were excited that they had a full vegan menu to complement their regular menu. The food at Lemongrass at the Aria Hotel was very tasty and shareable portions.
Read moreThe waiter we had was amazing, very joyful and ready to assist with suggestions. The sake we ordered was amazing. They had a tofu satay which was yummy and the presentation was very beautiful. Being meat eaters before we knew what a good chicken satay was.! The tofu itself was cooked with perfection that the outer was a slightly firm texture and the inside was textured such that it was grainy giving that meat texture. It’s an art to cook tofu well and this team knows how to do so.
My wife had eaten here 10 years and I had 7 years ago and when we came back with our family, we needed to come here. Made the reservation over 10 days ago and well worth the wait! My adult daughters will be back here when they come visit
Pros: Vegan menu - very flavorful , Joyful wait staff, Beautiful ambiance

You’ve got to go!! - Edit
Exquisite atmosphere with rich dishes. Incredibly friendly and professional. My only warning is that their spice level is authentic, so be careful how spicy you order. We ordered a 7 out of 10 spice level and couldn’t finish our food, but mannnnn it was so delicious! Worth the burn.

Totally recommend. Went here with my omni husband and they had a whole vegan menu to choose from. I'd estimate 3 or 4 curries and a whole heap of appetisersand sides!! I had the penang curry and look forward to coming back to try the rest!!!

Hungry and dissatisfied. - Edit
Great to see a separate vegan menu but the dishes were small and wholly vegetable based without any protein. Left still feeling hungry...and dissatisfied with slow service.

Great! I love vegetable based dishes and places that focus on veggies instead of fake meats are hard to find. I’ll check it out!

Prob wont go back - Edit
Lemongrass is overrated in my opinion. I had the fried Tofu, which was good and I had a dish with eggplant which was very average and a little bit plain tasting.

Make sure to ask for Tofu - Edit
Most of their dishes on the Vegan menu don’t automatically come with Tofu. So make sure to request them to add tofu. However, the servicing size is huge. So two could easily share one plate. $16 Average price

Eh - Edit
Was not impressed at all. I ordered 2 appetizers and an entree. My non veg friend also ordered 2 appetizers and an entree. Both of us agreed all the dishes were incredibly sub par. There was nothing fancy unusual, just a high price for the same food that you can get at Pho Kim Long, except lemongrass didn't have much flavor.

Great food, annoying upcharges - Edit
While the menu doesn't appear to have a ton of vegan options, it does clearly label the vegetarian dishes and our server was very knowledgeable about which dishes are vegan and can be made vegan. We ordered the vegetarian spring rolls were nice and crispy, and I ordered the green curry with fried tofu (the server assured me there's no shrimp paste or fish sauce used). The food was delicious. We like spicy food and ordered our dishes a spicy level 6/10, and felt it was just right. The only thing that left a bad taste in my mouth was upon getting the bill we saw there was an extra $7 charge for rice ($3 for white and $4 for brown). Since when is that not part of the dish?! This is Vegas after all, so I shouldn't be surprised. All in all nice ambiance, tasty food, great service - would recommend.

Amazing authentic Thai food. - Edit
I would give this restaurant 5 stars even though it’s not fully vegan. The food is fantastic, the service is also fantastic in a beautiful restaurant in the Aria hotel. Highly recommended. Fairly priced compared to most places on the strip. Go!
