My partner and I went there and were incredibly surprised. I have been vegan for 4 years and a half now and I was able to fully taste again some foods. I totally recommend going if you are in Toulouse, even if you’re not vegan. Also, the staff is extremely nice and welcoming.

Mostly just hungry and annoyed - Edit
Can't say anything about the food as I decided to go elsewhere. Got there 5 minutes before they opened and so went for a walk around the block. I honestly felt bad about showing up before they opened when they were obviously just setting up and clearly telling me to come back later, so i tried to leave a little time to come back. Upon returning the place was full and couldn't even accept me as a single diner. They tried to accommodate by offering me a (limited) takeaway menu as well as suggesting an alternative restaurant (which turned out to be closed). So I'm just hungry and annoyed. After two more similar attempts I ended up at Yeti which has clearly labelled vegan options and were happy to have my business. Sorry if this sounds unduly critical. I'm sure the food must be good and I'm happy that vegan restaurants are so good and popular to have to turn away business. But something also seems wrong about that.

Read moreThe ambiance is really nice, the staff really friendly and the food very good.
We had a tapas plate with chorizo and foie gras (which really tastes like foie gras it's amazing (even tho I don't really like it)). I also had the burger with blye cheese and the chocolate cake which was deliciouuuus.
I really recommand this place to go with friends !

My partner and I both went for different burgers and shared. Both were delicious (though quite salty!). The chips it came with were the best chips we'd ever had!

Very haute cuisine (prices therefore high). Food is amazing, service is super friendly. Atmosphere inside is good, warm, cozy although a bit stuffed. Would definitely recommend for a chic dinner.

A huge disappointment that ends on a bitter taste 🙅 I wanted to spend a nice evening as a couple and discover vegan restaurants in Toulouse, having recently moved in, also support the actors of this unfortunately underrepresented vegan scene. In the concept, it is very cool.
Read moreFor the menu that we are only presented on the spot (with the prices, ouch)- of the 4 dishes one being unavailable -bad luck I guess-, we are left with 2 burgers and a ramen.
The burger (18.5€): it was well put together and the plate was nicely presented, however I probably ate an eighth, the fried seitan was elastic and simply undercooked. Everything tasted like bread and pure gluten. Uninteresting, borderline inedible compared to dozens of seitans, home-made and others.
As for the ramen (16.5€), the broth was way too thick, flavorless and felt like it has been overcooked with the noodles, giving an unappetizing result.
The starter (Aranccino) was a nice test and rich in cheese flavors and with nice sauces.
Certainly everyone has different tastes, but not hearing and accepting the feedback and constructive criticism in person when the food we receive is left almost untouched is unacceptable, it's just bad faith and defensive for no reason. We just felt like being robbed, "without concession".
If this is the culinary richness of the vegan diet, this is very sad, and it is not our 5 and 8 years of international veganism that will contradict us.
Go somewhere else, have cooking party with your friends or save your money, but it is clearly to be avoided.

excellent vegan interpretations of local and classic French dishes. The faux gras is absolutely incredible, as is the wine selection, main dishes (we had gnocchi and tartiflette with camembert), friendliness of staff, homey and lively ambiance... cannot miss!

We liked the chill atmosphere of the restaurant, the waiters were super friendly and most important : the food was good ! We had faux gras samosas which week-end absolutely delicious. We took 2 burgers : good and heavy (I couldn't finish, my boyfriend struggled to finish his burger). We were too full for a dessert : too bad, next time 😀

We ordered mozzarella, fries burgers and drinks. The mozzarella was very generous portioned and so heavenly and moreish. The fries were perfect; I don't know how they made the sauce to go with them, but it was an epic duo.
Read moreThe only point that could be better was just a personal preference; I really appreciate a more "meaty" patty in my burgers, like beyond meat, or made from seitan or tofu. The atmosphere was really good, I loved the veganized posters, and I enjoyed a house-made iced tea.

The best place to eat vegan in Toulouse. Even in Paris I didn't find anyplace like this. The atmosphere is very friendly and warm, people are nice and the food... The food is just delicious, tasty, full of good products from the countryside around.

Read moreWe went to eat a few burgers with some vegan friends I met in Carcassonne a few days ago. We were all very surprised by the quality of the food and the originality of some dishes (by the way I strongly recommend the faux-gras).
The staff was pretty cool as well and the music was a great way to dig into some old school French hip-hop. That was a great experience and I really recommend it, for the food, the vibes and the people!
