Vegan junk food at its finest - Edit
Been twice; sat in and got the crispy chicken style burger, and the sauces were 👌 and then got a take away gatsby which has to be the star here. As far as I’m aware the only one in Cape Town, and eaten by my carnivore boyfriend with NO complaints. He’s actually recommended it to several other people who are by no means vegan! Would thoroughly recommend

We had a beyond meat burger and a chicken burger, both vegan and one gluten free. The food was delicious, not too oily or anything, Also, the staff were joyful and helpful. "Gourmet junk food"

OMG life is good at Lekker Vegan - Edit
Not necessarily healthy, but OMG this food is sooooo good! The meaty burger is just like getting a taste from heaven. I don't know how they do it but eating at Lekker Vegan is just out of this place. Make sure to chat to the owner as well if he's in: he's a great guy with an amazing vision. I'm hoping one day he will open a store in the Netherlands too ♡ Don't miss this place!

Great fast food options! Large selection of food that leaves you very satisfied and full. I went a few times when I stayed in Cape Town and was really happy every time - the lekker options (like a sub-type roll) were crazily good :)

Had the mixed chicken & beef strip half gabsey and the mince loaded chips.
Read moreThe portion sizes are huge! I love big food portions, value for money. I mean my sister and I were stuffed sharing half a gatsby! We had to take away the mince chips.
I would have appreciated alot more sauce to the meals but they come at an extra cost. Also would have liked the chips and the bun to be more crispy.
The seating and setting of the cafe is great and welcoming, neat and presentable.
Interesting to see the Instagram feeds on the board.
Pros: 100% Vegan, Huge portions

Read moreI noted in the review " I'd like more sause and not pay extra for it. The food feels a bit dry the sause adds the love. Also would have liked the chips and the bun to be more crispy. I found that a bit soft.
