Vegan pizza uses Daiya which has definitely improved their formula since the last time I had it. Roasted veggies were fantastic.

Super Helpful Staff - Edit
The staff here is always great. They'll accommodate making vegan gourmet pizzas for you if you ask. Last time I was there, they made me a white pie with spinach, garlic and an olive oil drizzle. Only be warned, if you want a regular vegan pizza, and you're like me, and don't like a chunky sauce, make sure to specify marinara sauce, as the margharita sauce they automatically put on the vegan pie is a really, really chunky sauce.
