Only a few options in total - Edit
I would say every 1 of 3 places offer some sort of vegan options in whole Legoland, and you do not have any variety really, you either go with those single options, or not going to eat after all.
Read moreWe went with the Veggie Burger in the Burger kitchen which was quite all right, the patty wasn't usual junk food plastic taste, and the lego fries were great too.
The portion was absolutely fine as well.
Had to wait a bit longer for our vegan order, while our not vegan relatives got their order way sooner.

Decent options. - Edit
Let’s be honest; you won’t find a fully vegan restaurant in an attraction like this (yet) so the fact there are options is appreciated and at different locations around the park. We went to the Stars burger kitchen and they had a clearly labelled burger and falafel salad. The chips are also vegan.

The salad was ok (cranberries were a treat) it was a bit dry if anything and could use a bit more dressing.
The Lego chips were crispy and light.
We also had an apple and a berry sorbet and a mint choc ice cream, from one of the ice cream stalls. Both clearly labelled. These were both really good and a welcome treat in the day.

Feeling dissapointed. Such a famous resort with so few vegan options. There is a vegan Burger menu which I took and 1 VegaNice cream.

Read moreWe went here on the first Saturday in August - peak season. Almost no shop had any vegan dishes at all. There were two places that offered an aubergine and falafel burger, but overall very very disappointing. Some smaller shops had some signs of vegan hot dogs or ice cream, but they were all "out of stock".
I fully recommend to bring your own food for the whole day.
Additionaly they have some Lego buildings of lifestock, kettle and show kids "how great this is." It's 2023 and quite shocking to see that such a big company is living in the past.
I expect a lot more from them.

Nice falafel burger but expensive - Edit
We had the falafel burger with vegan mayo at a sit down restaurant in the ‘Old West’ part of Legoland. The price was 199 DK, very expensive for what you get in my opinion. BUT it did taste very nice and the fries were good too.
Read moreIn the park you can also get a vegan icecream cone at one of the stalls with chocolate and mint icecream coated in chocolate that really surprised me in taste and quality.

There is a vegan burger and falafel salad. I managed to find a raspberry cake marked as vegan at one of the vendors which was really nice. They also have a vegan ice cream at many of the stalls.
