INCREDIBLE. 100% gluten free restaurant (including the beer). EAT HERE!!!

I’ve been vegan for 22 years. This place is a must go. Mouthwatering dishes. Vegan/GF bruschetta, complex salads, and only two vegan mains, but they’re both mouth orgasms. They also have vegan parmesan and their vegan/gf beer and wine is excellent. Don’t pass this place up...

Amazing pasta

Only a couple of vegan options but what they do have is fantastic. Freshly cooked pasta. Great starter selection with vegan arancini balls that are to die for.
Clear menu with allergens and nice , friendly service

Perfect for pre-theater dinner in London

Only a few vegan options, but the little they do have is DELICIOUS.
Appetizer: potato & beet timbale stuffed with mushrooms.
Main: Tagliatelle pasta & pesto sauce.

Being vegan and allergic to gluten can make travelling complicated. Leggero makes it simple, as the whole place is gluten-free. I took a friend who is NOT gluten-free, and she loved her meal, too.

Pros: All gluten-free, Yummy vegan options, Close to London theater district

Cons: A little expensive (but worth it), Not the most attentive service

thumbs up

I really like this place. Good vegan options and a nice atmosphere. I had the basil cream tagliatelle with aubergine and tomatoes and it was very good. Reasonable prices too.

Pros: good concept , good food, central

great option for something fancy!

If you're up for something a bit fancy La Polenteria is a great option. The staff were very knowledgeable about dietary requirements and asked if there were any vegans at our table (two of us were) then pointed out everything on the menu we could eat (the items were clearly labelled vegan as well). There were 3 appetisers and 3 mains that were vegan, as well as most of the side dishes. I had the beetroot polenta and really enjoyed it. Definitely something different and a nice change from the usual vegan fare in the area.

Tasty and Cosy

I really enjoyed the mushrooms and polenta here. Not a place for cheap eats though.

I'd rather avoid this one

They changed the menu apparently, 2 main options for vegans. Nothing special- quite tasteless... overpriced for cheap ingredients.

I wouldn't say it worth it, sorry for that, I love giving good reviews.

Nice

Nice atmosphere, very friendly staff. Vegetarian and vegan options are clearly labelled in the menu (the menu is divided into sections - Vegan, Vegetarian, Meat, Fish)which is very useful. Food is very good, good quality ingredients, freshly prepared. It is a very good option if you are with non vegetarian friends. The vegan dishes are nice, but they are made only with vegetables (and polenta); they happen to be vegan because they have just veggies, but they are very low in protein. I would suggest using some beans, nuts or other vegan proteins in their vegan dishes.

Pros: Friendly staff, Good food

Cons: Expensive wine and beer

Great vegan cupcakes

Cakes by Ms Cupcake, made using polenta (so gluten free as well). A great place for coffee and cake in Soho! They have some great sounding vegan options on the menu as well, to the extent that vegan food seems to be a priority (listed first, not just an afterthought)!
