Excellent, Beautifully Presented Food

I’ve eaten here twice and it’s been excellent both times. This last time I was with a large party and I did the vegan 6 course tasting menu. It was amazing and beautifully presented. I will absolutely go back the next time I’m in Quebec City.

Amazing high end experience

We went early as my husband had a business engagement. We did the a la crate and each dish was incredible.

Pros: Wonderful service, great ambience , Excellent food, even an amazing vegan dessert, Enough choices

Absolutely lovely and innovative mushroom use

Made a special request for vegan tasting menu, it was fabulous!! Deep, smoky, woodsy flavors, and so much creativity. Would’ve never guessed our carrots were not actually smoked salmon, and aubergine not actually a steak. And a sorbet made from mushrooms, whaaat??
With only two fully vegan restaurant in Quebec City we’ll be back!!

Pros: All Vegan Tasting menu available, Full mocktail pairing in addition to alcohol

Cons: The last mocktail was milk based had to return it, The explanation of each item is done too quickly
