Good firecracker tofu

I had white rice, steamed veg, and firecracker tofu. The firecracker tofu was really good in my opinion. Flavored well with a kick. There are limited options for vegetarians, but the ones they have are pretty good.

Pros: Firecracker tofu , Each dish has its own spoon limiting contamination, 1 free fountain drink refill

Cons: Not an extensive menu, Unclear vegetarian/vegan labeling

Very good Firecracker Tofu entrée

Location: Terminal 1, in the "MSP Mall" area, at the entrance to Concourse C.

There is only 1 vegan option which is the Firecracker Tofu entrée. The tofu is stir-fried in a sweet and spicy Mongolian sauce, garnished with green onions, and is very flavorsome.

The Mixed Vegetables entrée is NOT vegan because it contains seasoning that is not considered vegan due to the sugar used in it. The soy sauce is also NOT vegan, unfortunately.

Due to no vegan labeling, in April 2023 I contacted Leeann Chin's corporate office to inquire what is vegan. Here is the list they gave me:
