Great experience

A hidden gem! A quirky café with a lovely atmosphere.
My family and I were pleasantly surprised to find such a modern, veggie/organic oriented café when passing through Tuam!
I had a delicious mushroom and sweet potato soup, with sour dough and hummus, whilst my family had different salads and sandwiches. I asked, and apparently their soups of the day are usually vegan. They offer hummus instead of butter (which was homemade and delicious) and many salads and other meals could be tweaked to be vegan. They have dairy free milks and their smoothies can be made vegan. They even had a dessert option which was vegan friendly!
Very impressed😄the staff were very accomodating.
