Burger parfait - Edit
Cadre super sympa, on y mange régulièrement. Leur burger végétalien est excellent! Le steack et la compotée par dessus, juste parfaits! Et c'est tellement plaisant de trouver un vrai et bon burger végétalien sur Albi. Hâte d'y retourner ou de se refaire livrer!

Lovely hidden gem in Albi - Edit
I quite enjoyed my experience at Le Tournesol. I arrived about 20 minutes before they closed for the afternoon, which probably helped with the speed at which they brought my food. The staff was helpful if rushed and distracted, and the woman who helped me was able to point out which items were vegan very quickly. The food itself was delicious, although I had just finished a 3 hour bike ride and that might have biased my tastebuds towards anything even resembling food.

Few vegan/GF options, but delicious - Edit
My family and I had a lovely lunch here. My mother and I are gluten-free, and I am vegan as well, and while there were only a couple of options for us, they were both delicious. The pasta was gluten free and my father, who doesn’t generally like GF food, loved it. They also had smoothies, which were very good. The service was really good as well. The waitress was knowledgeable and attentive.

Delicious, healthy - Edit
My family had an excellent meal here while passing through Albi. I recommend the Tournesol plate, with its delicious corn fritters. My daughters loved their veggie burger and falafel/hummus plates. Husband said Mexican plate was filling but a bit bland. Don’t miss the desserts- they were all fabulous! Friendly service, too.

A deserved reputation - Edit
This old vegetarian restaurant offers a fresh and tasty cuisine, with several vegan options (or vegetarian dishes that can be made vegan upon request). I tried the couscous and a pissaladière with various raw vegetables. Both dishes were very good, for a fair price (10 euros each). The Lebanese plate looked yummy too. Unfortunately, they had no vegan desserts.

Delicious - Edit
What a refreshing change to find a good vegetarian restaurant in France. We had lunch there and it was fresh, delicious, home made and satisying. A smallish menu but with plenty of choice. The restaurant was really busy (popular with locals as well as tourists) but the small number of staff coped very well and ensured a good service. We would've gone back but it was shut in the evening. Vive Le Tournesol!

Fantastique! - Edit
A vegetarian oasis in the midst of meat- and fish-centric France. If (when!) you travel to Albi's Toulouse-Lautrec Museum, eat here. After ten days trying to explain to restauranteurs that salmon and chicken are NOT vegetarian, my wife and I were thrilled to find this place. Fresh local produce, delicious sauces, inventive flavors, and scrumptious desserts. On par with the best in NY and LA, but wirh the addition of good wine.
