Specified vegan and did not give vegan, burger bun with milk - Edit
I asked them if they had vegan options when I arrived and they advise that the veggie burger was vegan without the cheese. I ordered it specifying I am also lactose intolerant so to make sure there is no dairy at all. The burger arrive with spread on it (lucky I saw and send it back) when the new order came I ate it without thinking too much of it but half way I suspected the bun may have milk in it. It had milk in it indeed and since last night I have been sick. Just AVOID the place not worth the hassle

The first restaurant in st germain en Laye with vegan options. It is good smart and vegan friendly. Hamburger or salad. Good wine. Just in front of the castle. A pleasant place to spend a Sunday afternoon

Nice options to have but vegan patty lacking - Edit
It's really nice to finally see a vegan burger labelled on a menu in traditional St-Germain, especially considering the central location of the restaurant (in front of RER and Château).
Read moreThe place also have a labelled vegan salad and a veggie platter. We took the burger which comes with home-made fries (very good!). The burger was tasty but we were surprised it didnt have a vegan patty and also no avocado despite what was indicated on menu. Apparently the chef changes the recipe depending on season or maybe they didnt have patties left, not sure.
A vegan dessert would perfectly complete the menu. A place to encourage !
Pros: Labelled and tasty vegan options
Cons: Don't expect a patty nor avocado in your burger!

Le resto propose une salade vegan avec du quinoa, un burger vegan composé d’aubergine grillée, avocat et salade servi avec des frites. Ils proposent également une planche de légumes grillés à partager.
Read moreJ’ai pris le burger vegan sans avocat et il était délicieux. Il coutait 14€ donc prix normal.
L’endroit est adorable, serveurs très sympas et service rapide.
Facile à trouver, juste en face du château de Saint Germain en Laye et de la gare RER.
Les cocktails sont très bons aussi.
