Good Lebanese food with vegan options (but relatively small portions) - Edit
Le Soleil offers several vegan options clearly indicated on the menu. There are sandwiches and plates. I tried the falafel sandwich, which was very good, as well as the hummus (note that it's not served with bread if you take it to go). The size of the sandwich was adequate, but this wasn't the case with the plate, where the portions weren't enough while the price was higher. Overall, it's good, fast and convenient in this area, but not necessarily the best Mediterranean restaurant in Paris.

Got the “vegetarian” plate it contain meat - Edit
The guy is friendly but the rice dish contained 4 bigger pieces of meat, I noticed when I bit on the first apparently the rice is cooked together with the meat anyway.
