Serves meat, vegan options available. Casual, Breton restaurant with vegan galettes, which is a rare find as of May '22. Open Mon 11:30-17:30, Tue 11:30-14:30, Wed-Sun 11:30-22:00.
Choice this place as there was a vegan galette on offer and we were not sure when we would get that offer again. It was the only vegan main on offer, there is also a vegetarian offering that includes goat’s cheese too.
The galette was fine - the onions made the filling tasty but the mushrooms added texture. It was served with a ratatouille on the side - vegetables were soft but largely flavourless which was disappointing.
Servers were really attentive - we were brought out water shortly after sitting down, and then again when a server saw we had ran out, and a third time as we were finishing off our drinks.
It's good to have a vegan option listed on the menu, and rare for a galette place but the vegan galette (sarrasin/ buckwheat) wasn't great, a bit dry.
You can also get a vegan dessert by having galette de sarrasin (buckwheat) instead of crêpe (which contains milk) with a jam or sugar topping. It was better than the main as the galette got some moisture out of the jam
"La végane" was fantastic. And I later realised that I could have had a vegan galette dessert too if I'd just asked. I couldn't believe it so I emailed the owner to ask whether the galette was really vegan and they confirmed.

Pros: A vegan galette on offer - rare find, Fair price, Friendly service
Cons: Taste is only okay , Only 1 vegan option
