I arrived at 13:40 and found that it was closed, although the sign said 11:00-14:00 and 17:00-20:00. Google's hours are wrong in any case.
Read moreI asked about coming the next day and the person couldn't guarantee it could come. He said to call first, but he doesn't speak English and tourist sim cards have no phone calls.
