This chain is not fully vegan but does have vegan croissants in various flavours. It also sells vegan sandwiches. The croissant I has was nice but nothing special, the pastry wasn't very flakey.

There are Panem bakery branches dotted throughout the city center of Buenos Aires. While visiting the city, I stopped by a bunch of times, including this branch. The desserts are bit sweeter than I prefer, and the savory items are mixed in quality--still, its great to have a place like this in town.

I would not call these croissants - Edit
Maybe my standards are too high, but these are not croissants. They may look like it but they are more like a bad donut then the layered deliciousness I know.

It’s a bakery to take out. Staff was really nice and friendly. I had a few empanadas and a slice of focaccia (that one was not so good), a pain au chocolate and a blueberry roll.. I had to travel and was happy with my snacks. Cheap and all vegan!

Great bakery with so many sweet and savoury options, the staff is super friendly, they also have coffee (only with almond milk tho) which they fill in your to go cup as well.
