Un beau petit resto sympa, personnel super relax, pas beaucoup d'options véganes, mais tout de même. J'ai pris le bibimbap, très grosse portion santé, j'aurais pris un peu plus de sauce, mais bien rafraîchissant.

Good bibimbap - Edit
Located in the heart of Val-David, Le Mouton Noir is a great place with a parking (not a lot of stores or restaurants have parkings on avenue de l’Église), a huge patio and a close access to the river. The menu has changed in the past years and it’s unfortunately not clear what is vegan or not anymore. It felt like there was many vegan options, but the cashier was only able to confirm me that the Bibimbap and the Orient-Express sauté were vegan. He wasn’t sure for the rest. So I took the Bibimbap... which was far from a classic Bibimbap... but at the same it was really really good, so I won’t complain 😅. It was more like an asian salad with a little bit of rice. The tofu was well marinated and was amazing! You order at the counter and they bring your food to your table. The service was super fast!!! I will definitely go back. Hopefully they can identify what is vegan directly on the new menu to simplify the life of vegan people 😅.

Eco Friendly Tasty Little Resto - Edit
If I could, I would give this place five stars. All the containers and utensils are eco friendly. They had three vegan friendly options and were happy to accommodate us. The staff is sweet and welcoming. I had the tofu wrap called c’est un wrap. My partner had the general tofu. We were both pleased with the time it took to prepare and the flavours. There is outdoor seating which is nice during Covid. Well located close to the highway. If we’re back in the area we’ll definitely come back.

Good surprise cause we thought there would only have a few vegan choices but in fact we even had to think what we wanted to order. Dishes were really good!
