2023 - their vegetal menu is not vegan

When making a reservation please be sure to specify “vegan” and what that means; I had specified végetal in the reservation as I’d seen in reviews online but they were completely surprised by a vegan request. They were extremely kind and accommodating and made me a vegan menu, but they had only been prepared to make a vegetarian (ovo lacto) menu and said they hadn’t had vegan request before. I was really mortified but our server was so lovely and made it all ok, but please don’t do what I did. Call ahead or email and make sure it’s clear.

They really had a vegan menu couple of years ago (COVID times..), I went there and it was absolutely delicious ! I’ve heard that they do not have it anymore, just végétarien apparently but have to check their website to be sure. It could have been changed since ..

Très belle expérience

Des mets raffinés et savoureux avec un service impeccable.

Pros: Un menu entièrement Vegan , Des légumes du jardin

good dinner

I ate here with my partner chosing the vegan menu for an evening dinner. It was an enjoyable and interesting meal comprising a long succession of small, imaginative dishes. However, while there was plenty of vegetables, protein content was too low. If you want a different culinary experience and don't mind the budget, this restaurant's vegan dishes should not disappoint.
Warm welcome, indeed nice staff.
Since the beginning of 2020 this restaurant has one Michelin star.

Pros: creativity, initiative of a fully-vegan menu, friendly staff
