Vraiment pas terrible

Personnes agréables mais plat vraiment hyper basic. La seule option vegan était un “poke bowl” sans poulet..
donc un peu de tout sans saveur, sans recherche. Riz, maïs, tomates, BEAUCOUP de salade verte pas terrible…
Peut mieux faire ..

A convenient vegan-friendly place!

I found out about this place through a local vegan friend. Carpentras is not a city with many good vegan options so that was a pleasant surprise! Indeed, I had the poke bowl végi (which is vegan) and it was bursting with flavours. Then, my favourite dish was actually the dessert: it was such a thrill to find out they have the vegan ice-creams from Sÿba! Including the vegan “snickers” bar and plenty other flavours. I had the hazelnut one which was delicious!
The small bookstore is run by 2 friendly sisters. All the ingredients are fresh and well prepared.
