Bakery with sweet and savory vegan options. Vegan choices include almond croissants, cookies, sandwiches, and several other sweet pastries. Open Mon-Sun 6:00am-3:00pm.
The almond croissants were quite good, though pastry purists beware: it's pretty far from a flaky, layered croissant. It's more of a cross of croissant on the outside, almost flaky biscuit on the inside. Still a nice treat though.
On the weekends (fri., sat, sun) there are more vegan pastry options like an Almond double baked croissant. But during the weekdays there is a chocolate chip cookie, a fruit 'cheese' Danish, and a sesame cookie (does contain honey). A lot of the ingredients include coconut oil, vanilla extract, organic flour, just egg and Oatly oat milk. No weird colors or dyes. And a lot of the produce and milk comes from local farms in Utah. All of the whole bread loaves for sale are vegan too.
Food options include vegan breakfast burrito with avocado, banh mi with jackfruit (vegan aioli is spicy), a vegwich, regular home fries (ask for no parmesan). Substitutions can be made if you want to add or take out anything.
My experience there was absolutely amazing! As a vegan, I didn’t eat pastries for a while unless I baked them by myself, and thanks to Le Croissant I can eat them again without baking at home.

Every day the vegan options change so it’s better to go there and just ask.
