Een beetje toevallig hier terecht gekomen, zonder reservatie binnen gestapt en er was nog plaats.
Read moreHet was een beetje avontuurlijk gezien er geen menukaart is, we hadden geen idee wat we gingen op ons bord kregen, de enige voorwaarde dat we stelden dat het 100% plantaardig moest zijn.
We hadden positieve reviews gelezen en hadden er vertrouwen in.
Hier kookt men super vers volgens het marktaanbod en de inspiratie van de chef.
Van begin tot einde was het genieten van een heel lekker zeven gangen veganmenu.

The owner and chef are very friendly. We had a great 4 course diner. The chef is enthusiastic and passionate about food. She finds it a challenge to cook beautiful vegan food.

I'm really torn about this place, as foie gras is served here, yet they nonchalantly offer fully vegan 7-course menus. The owner was super lovely and caring and the chef walked us through every course. We both had a 3 course dinner, upon reservation you should state your diet. My omni partner's ceviche was 'perfectly seasoned' whereas my starter was a little bit boring, cubed veggies topped with more veggies and partly too much salt and sourness. The second course was a vegan sirloin which was heavenly. The dessert was also superb, an aquafaba pavlova and pear sorbet. I'm really split about wanting to return for the 7 course vegan menu as I genuinely fell in love with this place for offering us an unforgettable evening, VS wanting this place removed from happy cow, it kinda breaks my heart.

Perfect vegan surprise menu - Edit
They saw it as a challenge to make the menu vegan and it really worked out. You could see they cook with passion and love. We had a really tasteful dinner with 5 courses!
