Mountain restaurant with great veg-options - Edit
Update Dec 2019: less vegan options than before. Only possibility is Buddha Bowl, but you can add the chickpea steak from the veggy burger to make it more filling. The veggy burger as a dish is not vegan because of the bread, sauces and cheese - just the "steak" part. They were still willing to make my Alpro soy chocolate for me and to check ingredients and adapt dishes.

This is the first mountain restaurant I've found so far in Portes du Soleil making an effort for vegan options on their menu. The staff is well informed and are able to explain which dishes are vegan and how some of the non-vegan dishes could possibly be altered. They are very attentive in general and I was happily surprised that they were willing to warm up the soy chocolate milk I had with me, so I could have chocolat chaud along with the rest of my family.
The price seems high, but it is comparable to most restaurants in and around Avoriaz, and more worth the money in my opinion. The portions we received were generous and the plating of my buddha bowl was lovely and colourful. I regrettably forgot to take a picture because it looked so appetizing!
Unfortunately I found this place on the last day of our vacation, but I will return next year - no doubt.
Pros: Several vegan options to choose from, Attentive staff, Generous portions and lovely plating
Cons: Bit too expensive for every day

Great vegan meal options - Edit
Probably the only spot at Portes du Soleil that offers a vegan option. I went for the Buddha bowl which included quinoa, avocado, beets and carrots. My bf chose the basil pasta without cheese and it was a big bowl and tasted delicious.

Cons: A little expensive but normal for the area, Hard to find, hidden away from les Lindarets
