Heel lekker

Vegan plate

The plate (mezze) was very good. I like places like this where they have a vegan option but the place also feels like any other restaurant where locals would eat. I would give 5/5 stars if the stupid happy cow app made it possible

Pros: Falafel, Hummus , Other stuff

Cons: No vegan dessert

Very good

We had a vegan mezzes : a plate with a lot of different dishes in it (we had houmous, spinach, falafels, salad, olives, eggplant, beetroot....). It was really really good, maybe a little expensive but that was ok for the quantity and quality of food. The service was a little slow.

Good food, too many cold dishes

We ordered two vegan mezze platters as was recommended on here. Too bad that most dishes were cold dishes. Only two things were hot (rice and pastry). But the taste was good and we enjoyed it anyways. Staff is friendly.

Good food

Great place to have a vegan dinner in Nantes. Ask for the végétalienne mezzé for the vegan option (without cheese). It's better to have a reservation, the restaurant has few spots and it's kinda popular. The only con is the non-English speaking staff

Pros: Delicious food, Friendly staff

Cons: Non-English speaking staff

Really nice vegan option

Choose vegetarian mezze, it's vegan and it is great! Me and my boyfriend went there twice and we will be back again. Hummus and eggplant sauce are the best

Pros: quality, quantity

A nice place to try with a vegan mezze!

Le Cèdre is a Lebanese restaurant offering a vegan mezze since they have hosted a vegan dinner organized by VegOresto (a branch of an animalist association in France). Staff knows what is veganism and they offer a very good food, that varies a little bit with seasons. The main room is nice for dinning and the restaurant is well located in the city centre. I recommend a stop if you are in the area. I had a beautiful dinner, with hummus, eggplant caviar, moussaka, vegetable fritters, rice and lentils, taboulé, etc.

Pros: vegan options, friendly staff, good food, central location

Cons: not huge vegan choices but good ones
