Healthy & comforting - Edit
Cute spot with delicious food, counter serve-style. The servers explained all of the options which was really helpful. Got the Tibetan mama with tofu and it was so good but everything else looked just as delicious!

I went to Le Botaniste with 2 omnivore friends and we all liked it. I had the Magic Miso and the others had Pasta Bolo and Spicey Chili sin Carne.

Vegan Haven - Edit
My boyfriend and I were visiting the Big Apple from the UK. Having just recently turned vegan, we were super excited to try the vegan restaurants in NYC and this first one definitely didn't disappoint. Right near to central park, it is in an excellent location. The choice of sitting outside or inside is available, of which we chose inside due to the beautiful light space and vintage style with plants in every direction. The staff were really friendly and explained how the restaurant works: choose your bowl or create your own and watch it be made instantly, and pay before enjoying your food. We enjoyed the delicious Pasta Bolo for lunch, but I definitely want to return to try the rest of this creative, plant-based, organic menu.

Paradise in New York - Edit
Easily the best place we ate in New York over our 4 day trip to the area. The chef proudly walked us through everything he had cooked that day and helped us pick according to our taste. In a more “quiet” area of New York which was fun to see.

Delicious, tasty, and healthy - Edit
Le Botaniste has a few venues across NYC; this one is near Lincoln Center. The food is counter serve, and the venue is casual but with a touch of elegance, with plenty of seating indoors and even some outdoor seating. The food is healthy and delicious; this is the best restaurant for vegetarians and vegans in the Lincoln Center vicinity.

Great option when you don’t want to cook but you want whole food, healthy options. Cute atmosphere, perfect before a show. We had the chili and bolo with beet balls. And the brownie was amazing!

Great Food At Lincoln center - Edit
I had a curry bowl with large chunks of veggies and a tasty but mild curry sauce. Kim chi was sour more than spicy. Beet balls were good —like falafel. Friendly and helpful staff. Short walk to Lincoln Center.

Good, wholesome food - Edit
Le Botaniste offers warming, and healthy bowls in a cute, cozy environment. I tried their Magic Miso bowl and sushi roll today, which were both great. I can also vouch for their Tibetan Mama bowl! They also have a very nice eco-conscious ethos, which I appreciate - they list the CO2 emissions for each dish which is a nice touch and are CO2 neutral as a restaurant. I’ll definitely be back soon!

Welcome to the Upper West Side! - Edit
Finally, this wonderful mini-chain of whole-food plant-based cuisine has reached Manhattan's upper west side. Newly opened, this spacious, light-filled space is a welcome addition to the Lincoln Center area. The food is better than ever with delicious new dishes. Today I had the Chili sin carne, chocolate chia mud and house-brewed iced green tea. I enjoyed these while seated at a charming outdoor table.
