There's tons of options for vegans. My harvest Bowl was good, and my berry smoothie and lemon cookie were excellent!

Lots of Options!! - Edit
I love the green chili burrito here and they let you do all kinds of changes. I just leave out the cheese but they have vegan cheese too . You can even switch different types of beans and rice. Plus they have great salads and a veggie chili. Vegan cookies too that are huge and so yummy!!

Pretty Good - Edit
Tried Laughing Planet on a whim last week and loved that they had so many vegan options. The cafe was super cute and had a ton of seating. I liked my bowl, but it was a little too acidic and that flavor was a bit overpowering. I got the Korean bbq bowl and subbed tofu. The portions were good and lots of fresh veggies.

Really yummy options! - Edit
My parents and I took my kids to Papas Pizza for dinner (I’m the only vegan) so I ordered Door Dash to bring me some food from here (ate it in the car to not disrespect where we were at). I ordered a few things to have leftovers for the next day. I ordered the Thai mini burrito, which was soooo good! I also got the rice n beans and got pinto and added vegan cheese and tofu and it was delish! Lastly I ordered the tempeh Royal burrito and made it vegan deluxe with vegan sour cream and guacamole. I ate that today for lunch and it was also delicious and I loved the kale in it. I’ve had other things from different Laughing Planet establishments and everything I ever order is so good. I’ll definitely be back!

Lots of veggies. Rare to find in a meat and carb world. - Edit
Lots of choices. Most things can be modified to be vegan . Loved the veggies bowl . Big enough to eat on a couple times . Great flavored sauces. Loved the cilantro lime sauce. Whole foods and vegetables are a hard thing.. so happy to find this place. New menu. Pictures didn't have on menu now

Great vegan food - Edit
Fun atmosphere, lots of indoor seating, nice staff, great vegan food! The chips and guacamole were delicious, as was the Thai bowl. I wasn’t so excited about the burrito, but it might have been one of the sauces they used - it was a special of the day so something interesting and different.

Good food and easy to navigate - Edit
The food is good and quality is dependable. Lots of vegan options and friendly staff that understand what you're requesting when you ask for vegan. Their kale salads are typically hearty and delicious. Good tempeh as well. My only complaint is that the tables are self bussed and therefore tend to be dirty when you sit down.

Vegan choices but disorganized - Edit
The good thing about Laughing Planet is the number of clearly labeled vegan items on their menu. These are pretty tasty when properly prepared, and also can be healthy (entrees do not seem oily).
Read moreThis is countered by the disorganization of the restaurant. You have to wait a long time for your food. The tables are usually dirty, especially when they are busy, and it's hard to find someone to clean the table. I've had meals brought to me cold several times (that were supposed to be hot). The worst was tonight, when they brought me a clearly labeled vegan burrito that had melted cheese in it - and I didn't know until I bit into it! Really beyond words. I would certainly never get another burrito here. At least on the bowls, you can see what is there before you go to eat it.
Pros: Vegan choices on menu, Can get brown rice and whole wheat tortillas, Don't seem to use much oil
Cons: Very disorganized, Tables are often dirty, Food not properly prepared and served

Reliable - Edit
Laughing planet has a small vegan/vegetarian menu. It's staple for my daughter. She always orders the Bean and cheese burrito with no cheese. I like the chili with a side of mashed potatoes, some of the vegan burrito though those offerings on the menu changes sometimes. They also have chips and guac which is good.

Start off with an eye for flesh ingredients, had a positive attitude. Add a bit of diversity, and you've got an excellent recipe for success. I hope they are always this good!

3 time losers - Edit
i've given them 3 chances at one simple order and they screwed it up each time. i tried to order the vegan version of the caesar chavez and not only said the word 'vegan' but also 'no cheese' both at the beginning of placing my order and at the end. guess what came on my salad every single freakin time-cheese! on the menu it plainly texts (make it vegan, omit the cheese) so that leads me to the assumption that these bozos know what both 'vegan' and 'cheese' mean, but apparently that's giving them too much credit. 3 time the charm, laughing planet is boned. i'll happily take my money elsewhere from now on
Read morePros: cute atmosphere, downtown location, not too pricey
Cons: can't get an order correct, 2 trips into town for 1 meal, repeat same errors over and over

A fun vegan option - Edit
I was really impressed with Laughing Planet. The food tasted great, the atmosphere was fun, and the people were really friendly. The vegan options were made obvious and I think they put interesting twists on some more common items. The Che Guevarra burrito was so good with its plaintain, sweet potato, and black bean goodness that I had to think of an excuse to come back to town and get another one the next day. They also serve a nice selection of local beers.

A nice addition for Corvallis - Edit
It was exciting to have a Laughing Planet open in Corvallis after already being familiar with them from their Portland locations for many years. LP is a great addition to Corvallis. LP has an array of good vegan options and they can alter other items listed with cheese and meat on the menu by substituting daiya cheese and/or tempeh if you ask (there is an extra charge for the daiya). Their cookies aren't labeled as vegan but the recipes are- whenever I ask they tell me they're vegan. My favorites on the menu are the Thai bowl & Che Guevarra burrito with tempeh. The salads are also good.
Read moreThe menu clearly indicates what is vegan and that modifications can be requested. They are also willing to alter for food allergy reasons. LP has Good coffee and beer, friendly staff and a clean and fun decor. Order and pay at the counter and they bring you your order.
Pros: vegan options, vegan desserts, healthy and tasty
Cons: serves meat also
