Regular vegan options - Edit
The tempeh burrito was good but would have benefited from salsa or something.

Great vegan options with tons of flavor - Edit
The majority of the menu can be made vegan by subbing tempeh or tofu. This isn’t boring or bland substitutes either. Fresh ingredients with tons of flavor. Loved the light and refreshing Kombucha!

I wish we had a chain like this on the East coast! The food was very flavorful, tasty, and reasonably priced! Come to NY, Laughing Planet!

Cookie heaven - Edit
Only stopped in here for a minute on a hunt to fill my sugar addiction and walked out very satisfied! I got a snicker doodle cookie the size of my face! The spot is very hipster and cool in the Pearl. Very cool vibe inside with AWESOME staff! Can't wait to come back!

brews and burritos - Edit
I looked this place up before visiting Portland, and knew I had to pay a visit. They had far more options and were far tastier than your average burrito joint (I'm looking at you, Chipotle). Their craft beer selection was great for an out-of-towner like myself, as it allowed me get a taste of some of Portland's famous local brews. Overall a great time!

Yum! - Edit
I had a burrito (giant!), a beer, and chips/salsa. Everything tasted great and I was served quickly despite a sizable crowd. I would definitely come back.

I love Laughing Planet! - Edit
I've been to several of the Laughing Planet locations in Portland, and this one is my favorite. As with all locations, they are very vegan friendly (and dog friendly as well!). The staff is awesome, and the food delicious and inexpensive. I particularly like their vegan soup choices, Highway to Kale salad (minus the cheese), and the Eat Your Veggies bowl. The vegan sour cream is delicious, and I adore the house made hot sauce. For a treat, the vegan double chocolate cookies are wonderful. Outside seating is lovely, as is the rooftop!

Better than Mcdonalds - Edit
A fun atmosphere, however this place is a national chain that sources their chicken from a factory farm (Draper Valley Farms). Almost all or all of their produce is not organic. But it is a fun place otherwise.
