Many clearly labeled options. Sandwiches and burritos - Edit
Great options at deli counter. Vegan avocado Reuben was very good. They also have vegan brioche buns for their beyond burger than can be subbed onto other sandwiches.

good food slow service - Edit
the title says it all. If your order off the menu it takes along time. Twice they had to run out to get their supplies from the store to make my sandwich. the deli looks good and from now on I will order from there because it's already made. It's crowded at lunch time so plan for that. They have vegan whole cakes to buy premade so that's a major plus because that's rare around here. Each cake serves 10 - 12 people. The chocolate is the best, then Lemon. I think they recommend you order the day before you need it.

Cons: slow service, not all vegan

Vegan & vegetarian friendly - Edit
Was here in February 2012, and here's my Lassen's review for happycow. I was very impressed to see that the deli display section of the Lassen's market has vegetarian and vegan dishes that were clearly labeled. There were various faux meat dishes in addition to other deli type dishes in the glass case display. You can also order a sandwich from the wall menu. The deli area also offers a smoothies and fresh juice bar. The prices seemed reasonable.
