Very Nice Beer - Edit
We only drank the beers on site. They were delicious. We ordered the "Hell" and the "Keller". We didn't end up eating in the restaurant because they said they would open the kitchen after 6pm and we arrived a little early. The service was very good and the waiter spoke very good English. They accepted payment by card.

Acabamos não comendo no restaurante, pois eles disseram que abriri a cozinha depois das 18:00 e chegamos um pouco mais cedo. Atendimento muito bom, e o garçom falca muito bem inglês. Aceitaram o pagamento no cartão.

We were happy to find an establishment that was Vegan and Vegetarian, we had the vegan pizza (served with some apple, a first for us but it worked!), well presented and very tasty! Friendly staff, would definitely recommend. Such places in this beautiful town are unfortunately hard to find!

Such a nice and friendly place in the most beautiful historic center of Rothenburg. We had Vegan Pinsa and my friends a delicious bowl. There was a music live session later on! Really recommended!!!

Read moreFor food we had the bratwurst, which was served with potatoes and salad, I would highly recommend this dish. I believe they use beyond meat for the sausage which is delicious in my opinion.
We were there at 6ish on a Friday and all the tables were reserved, we were able to take the last two spots at the bar, by the time we left (9ish) the bar was packed with people standing throughout and a band setting up to play live music.
The prices are fantastic and the service is very friendly. We can’t wait to go back the next time we’re in Rothenburg.

This restaurant & bar is located in a very nice old building in the historical city centre of Rothenburg. It is awesome to find a vegetarian Restaurant here! Unfortunately they didn’t want to switch to a completely plant-based menu (yet?). Nevertheless, the food (one vegan option, another one was veganized upon request) was really good and the staff were super friendly. Call ahead to make a reservation.

This little beer garden, with a nice view on the castle wall, offered 2 vegan dishes and 1 veggie dish (with ricotta and mozzarella) which is the reason I give 4 stars instead of 5.

The atmosphere was relaxed and the music good. The staff was friendly.
Dieser kleine Biergarten mit einer schönen Aussicht auf die Stadtmauer hatte auf der Tageskarte 2 vegane Gerichte und 1 vegetarisches Gericht mit Ricotta und Mozzarella, weshalb ich nur 4 Sterne geben kann.
Wir haben uns für die Glasnudel-Bowl entschieden, die sehr viele frische Zutaten beinhaltete und sehr lecker schmeckte. Dazu gab es selbstverständlich Bier, der hausgemachte Renner ist an heißen Tagen empfehlenswert. Die vegane Panna coco war ein gelungener Nachtisch.
Die Stimmung war entspannt, die Musik angenehm und die Bedienung freundlich.

Es gibt vier vegetarische oder vegane Gerichte, die vegetarischen können zumindest teils veganisiert werden. Ich hatte vegane Bratwurst mit Rosmarinkartoffeln, Salat, Pesto und Zwiebelchutney. Es war wahnsinnig lecker und außerdem die beste Bratwurst, die ich je irgendwo bekommen habe. Die omnivore Begleitung war von ihren Ofenkartoffeln mit Ziegenkäse und gegrilltem Gemüse hellauf begeistert. Dazu gab es selbstgemachte Limo/Schorle, die ebenfalls sehr schmackhaft war, und regionales Bier.

Die jungen Betreiber*innen waren allesamt super freundlich, hilfreich und auf zack. Die Selbstdarstellung auf der eigenen Homepage stimmt haargenau, inkl. des Humors. Wir fühlten uns sehr wohl in diesem gemütlichen Lokal und wären gern länger geblieben, mussten aber leider den Zug kriegen.
