App said it’s temporary closed but it is open😄several vegan options such as a piece of mango cake, vegan breakfast like oats or shakauka with tofu scramble and one main dish (Austrian potato dumplings). Super cute place, very nice atmosphere to chill, definitely recommend!

The place is located in the middle of the Schonbrunn park and it's surrounded by plants and nature. There's a good vegan choice, both savoury and sweet including also Austrian dishes(like potato pasta).

Prima plekje om even te pauzeren in het park. Genoeg vegan opties zoals scrambled tofu, soep, taart etc. Porties waren wat mij betreft aan de grote kant.

Really nice location and good place to chill after a walk in the huge Schönbrunn park. Unfortunately they were out of the vegan cake but we had some coffee with oat milk which was actually good! As a swede we like coffee pretty strong and this one did have a lot of flavour.

I ordered the Austrian potato pasta: they were ravioli with potatoes inside. They costed 15 Euro. Honestly I thought the red pesto on top was just poured out of a jar. It seemed to eat some sort of store bought sauce😢 I guess the price is not worth it for the lunch. Maybe breakfast dishes are better. Cute place to hang out though.

There are a lot of marked vegan options for brunch including salmon lox which was different and interesting! The cafe is really beautiful BUT I asked for water and I got charged 7!! Euros for it!! Specify that you want tap water.

Im Restaurant gab es einige vegane Optionen, die auch gut gekennzeichnet waren. Das Essen kam schnell und das Personal war aufmerksam und freundlich. Die Portionen waren jedoch klein und sehr teuer. Die Preise von den anderen Bildern hier auf Happy Cow Stimmen nicht mehr.

Good place to grab a bite while visiting the palace. - Edit
Located in one of the gardens near the Schönbrunn palace. It is a nice place to eat, although only with a few vegan options. The view of some of the gardens makes it a good place to bring children.

Read moreHandy place to stop and rest when visiting Schönbrunn. We had morning coffee and then returned for lunch. Coffee was good and they have rice milk. For lunch I opted for the lentil curry which was ok and a generous portion but nothing to write home about.
The highlight for me was the setting. The sun was out and we sat under a parasol next to the grass/trees.
Service was mixed; great when we had coffee but rushed and less friendly when we returned for lunch.

Wir waren zum frühstücken da, Lage sehr schön im Park Schönbrunn. Wir hatten das vegane Frühstück und Cappuccino mit Reismilch (mit 4,90 echt nicht günstig aber mit einer der besten Cappuccinos die ich je getrunken habe). Tofu scramble war auch wirklich gut, und man sitzz draussen schön.

Usually when going to big tourist attractions I'm met with chain cafés with black tea as the only vegan option, so this was great. It's a few minute walk away from the palace itself, in the gardens, and everything vegan is really clearly labelled in the menu. It's also pretty standard pricing for such good food. I went for the pesto pasta over the curry, but there's a lot to choose from no matter what time of day you go (I've uploaded pictures of all the vegan options on the menu). Friendly staff, happy belly!

Delicious, vegan Austrian food - Edit
The vegan options are clearly marked, and really delicious. It was great to be able to try a traditional Austrian dish. The price was reasonable, and it's a convenient place to go if you're visiting Schönbrunn.
