They have 1 vegan option, plus a vegan side salad and a dessert (which I didn’t try). Several vegetarian options. The vegan fox was tasty, but didn’t blow my mind. More choices would have been nice, but I was grateful to have even one option, and the price was very reasonable. Restaurant is very small, and we were stuffed into a corner (literally had to move the table in order to get in and out of the booth), but they were able to accommodate 3 of us without a reservation.

Traditional flammkuchen, a thin creamy flat tart. One vegan option, the "vegan fox" when we visited, with courgettes, la vie vegan lardons and vegan cream (soja/soya). Desserts can be veganised.

Nice atmosphere but cramped restaurant, mostly stool seating. You can book in advance. Toilet large and mostly accessible. Step to get in.

J'étais très motivée d'aller goûter leur option vegan mais j'ai été très déçue, elle n'est pas du tout a mon goût. La crème a un goût bizarre et le tout est très écoeurant.

La plupart des flammenkuche peuvent être rendus végétariennes en remplaçant les lardons par des lardons La Vie.

Really liked this restaurant! I’ve never tried food from Alsace before so I was excited. And the fact that they have a vegan dessert is amazing too. They only have the one vegan option but it’s yummy and I would love to come back and have it again. This is a great spot to eat and drink with non-vegan friends

They have one vegan option which is very tasty. You can order a menu that includes this typical dish (Flammekeuche) and a salad which is very nice as well. Includes coffee too.

I have never had a 'flammekeuche' before so no idea how it compares to the original, but this was simply delicous! A wonderful combination of flavours and a creamy sauce made with soya cream, I can't wait to have one again.

Read moreThe smoked tofu was incredibly good. I think it’s the only restaurant in Paris where you can eat a flammenkuche. Th place is nice but you should book a table before getting in because it is full really quick.
Also one flammenkuche is not filling.

Best Flammkuchen I ever had - Edit
Really nice service at the restaurant, everything is prepared freshly and served pretty quick. The dough is perfectly thin and crisp while the topping is creamy and luscious. The soy cream tasted really similar to the Cream you'd get on non-vegan variants. Really delicious. I also recommend the vegan dessert-Flammkuchen which blew my mind. Thinly sliced apples topped with pear sorbet. Best Flammkuchen I've ever tried!

Une flammenkuch Vegan au menu qui a le goût d’une flamm. Très bien réalisée, légère et avec du goût. Moi qui suis alsacienne j’ai retrouvé les saveurs parfaites (crème de soja, oignons, tofu fumé -à mon avis le Björg vu le gout-). Servi avec une salade très bien assaisonnée
Read moreIl y a aussi une possibilité d’avoir les flamms Vegan en dessert. Toutefois, je n’ai pas trouvé ça incroyable. Ça ne marche pas trop : pâte fruits ça ne fait ni tarte ni flamm.
Donc allez y pour la flamm salée car elle est réussie si ce plat vous manque mais le reste ne vaut pas tant le coup.
Le service est assez moyen et on doit se lever pour aller chercher le plat alors que le lieu est petit. Je ne comprends pas pourquoi on n’est pas servis à table. Le lieu est bruyant et super chaud en été.
Les prix sont tout à fait correct.
