They had 5 or 6 strictly vegetarian/vegan options and a couple that have modifications available on the menu. Staff is very willing to adjust other options to fit your taste

Lalibela is a great Ethiopian restaurant with a lot of vegan options. They have multiple veggie platters, and the staff is very knowledgeable about vegan options and can easily help you find a dish that's suited for you!

Phenomenal and fresh - Edit
I got the veggie combo and it was very satisfying! The vegetables are fresh and the injera bread is really filling. The food was also cheap. I would have liked more drink options like traditional coffee or tea.

Ordered traditional Ethiopian vegetarian platter and it was delicious. Unsure if it is wholly vegan, I think there may be butter in some items.

Injera is very high in iron. I get it with the lentils once a week and I’m set. The food is always satisfying and prices are very reasonable.
