For vegans there is the nasi (rice) + tahu, tempeh, terong (tofu, tempeh and eggplant) served with sambal (hot sauce), cabbage and cucumber. You can also order the items individually. The other vegan options are orek tempeh (tempeh in sweet soy sauce with sambal), tumis kankung (cooked water spinach), tumis pare (cooked sour cucumber), tumis daun pepaya (steamed papaya leaves).
