Best Indian food in the valley - Edit
Out of all the great Indian places there are here in the valley. This one is by far my favorite . All of the food is exceptional. But they’re Baigan Bortha is perfect.

They have 5 vegan options and a vegetarian entree menu with over 20 options. My partner and I usually split the vegetarian dinner for two, which is a ton of food for $21/person and we always get great service

In addition to fantastic service, they are very knowledgeable about vegan options. They can make the veggie masala and sag paneer vegan if you ask them, and the samosas and the cauliflower appetizer (Gobi manchurian) are vegan and delicious. Highly recommend!

Tried my first Sag Paneer which was very good and also have had Bhindi Bhaji which is pan-fried okra with tomatoes and peppers. Service is polite and fast and the place is nice and quiet. You get free papadum (Indian cracker) which is nice!
