Avant il y avait plusieurs macarons véganes mais en ce moment il n’y en a qu’un seul qui change toutes les x semaines. J’ai donc pris le seul qu’il y avait: pamplemousse et poivre de Timut, très bon !

This elegant, old-world sweet shop specializes in macaroons. Three vegan flavors were available, and different from the flavors listed in previous reviews: cherry; chocolate-ginger orange. Each was 2-1/2 francs; a packaged box of 8 was 20 francs (in September 2021).

delicious vegan macaroon - Edit
I was so excited and surprised that an institution such as Ladurée would create vegan options and they did not disappoint. The three vegan macaroons were coconut-caramel, chocolate and almond. Each more delicious than the other. Nobody could tell that they are vegan. Plus the packaging is gorgeous, perfect to bring as gifts to friends at a dinner party. I hope they create new flavors in the future. Would highly recommend.
