Vegan options available

This pizzeria is very popular in town. The pizza you’ll find here is the square type that you fold like a sandwich, it’s called “al taglio”. The vegan option available would be the pizza “rossa” (red), which means that you get the tomatoes sauce any toppings of your choice, without mozzarella. But most importantly you can taste the traditional savoury crepe called “fainè”, made of chickpea flour, sunflower oil, and oil. Don’t be fooled by the basic ingredients, it’s a thicker, more dense texture, crepe with a distinctive nutty flavour. It’s very tasty and filling, you’ll love it!

Be aware that it’s closed on Sunday, and it might be wise to call to book your order or go very early as they get very busy and they finish the dough quite quickly.
