Great option

Loved the different options for vegan choices. We had the cauliflower bowl and burrito and 2 kids burritos. Cauliflower in Adobe was delicious. They said crumble option is beyond meat but we never had that. Pico de gallo was fresh and I liked the shredded cabbage in the bowl but having rice too would have been nice. Refried beans were excellent as well. Lots of seating. Overall a great option as we were in town for a softball tournament looking for something close by hotel and healthy.

Pros: Several vegan options , Homemade

Cons: A little spicy for kids

Vegan Chorizo Burrito

Staff is always friendly and the food is always delicious. It’s a great place to go for lunch. The vegan chorizo burrito has just the right kick and the portions are perfect for a lunch on the go.
