Es muy rico, tienen bastantes opciones, pero hay que estar atentos, entienden un poco el veganismo pero trajeron una salsa no vegana.

Plenty of vegan options - Edit
There were multiple vegan options for sushi, ramen, poke bowls, tempura etc. reasonably priced, super filling (definitely got too excited and over ordered). Friendly staff who seemed to understand what vegan meant. Recommend futomaki, poke bowl looked better than it tasted. A very welcome break from tortillas. Will be back😄
