Das Café hat sehr viel Charme und ist einladend und gemütlich. Der Empfang war auch sehr freundlich und herzlich. Wir haben alle drei veganen Kuchen probiert 🙈 und alle waren super lecker! Karottenkuchen, Mürbeteig mit Kompott und Schokoladenkuchen. Jeweils mit veganer Sahne, frisch geriebener Limette und frisch gepflücktem Basilikum. Sehr liebevoll dekoriert.

I've eaten in the Souris Verte quite a few times. The menu changes every week and you can chose between a big salad or a buddha bowl, a pie with a little salad and a soup, or a "main dish". There are also at least two desserts options.

I once had polenta waffles and they were so good.
PS : Might be best to book a table in advance.

"La Souris Verte" - "the green smile" is a cosy place in the center of Thonon-les-bains with tiny tables and friendly staff. All dishes are homemade and crispy fresh. Taste and presentation ist top! Prices are very good value. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options available. Will definitely come back! Unfortunately not open in the evenings.

Fantastic experience - Edit
Real great hidden treasure for plant based and vegetarians diners. We loved it Buddah Bowl (vegan) and Tarte (vegetarian) were great. Nicely presented and friendly staff.
