Delicious vegan risotto

I was very surprised to find a vegan dish on this type of restaurant. Normally in small towns like this there aren't any vegan options. The option wasn't on the menu but if you ask they'll make it for you. In addition, it was delicious. There are also some other ovo-lacto-vegetarian options. The staff was very nice. If you are visiting Culla I strongly recommend going to this restaurant. It is full so make a reservation before. It is expensive but worth it.

Ask for vegan, it’s great, but not in the menu

The vegan food is really great, but remember to ask for it as they don’t advertise it (Culla is not a place where people typically eat vegan;). Beet to double check when reserving the table as I am not sure if vegan menu is abailable all
days. The menu itself is seasonal and limited, but everything you get is just delicious and well served.The staff is friendly, place is run by good people. Prices are very reasonable. If 5 stars were possible to be added, I’d do that but the app prevents it for non 100% vegan spots.
