Hidden gem - Edit
At first we didn’t understand the concept but the staff members spoke some English and could explain it to us. In the description here it sounds like you can build your own pita, which is not the case, they only have one type of pita but you can opt out of certain ingredients if you don’t want them (e.g. eggs). Also it is good to support a local small business and not one of the tourist traps that are everywhere. The price was also reasonable, but it still kept me full. Would definitely recommend.

Best Sabiche in Paris - Edit
I love this place. 😍 I go here whenever I’m near Bastille around lunch time. They basically only have Sabiche and they do it very well. If your vegan remember to order it « sans œuf »

Simple and delicious - Edit
The menu is not that big - they specialize in the sabich and they know it’s good, so why bother with anything else? My boyfriend tried it out since it has eggs, but he was a big fan. I also appreciated the vegan flan-ish? desserts which I had never tried before.
